DERMOCOSMETIC RESEARCH

Derex invests half a million euros a year in the manufacture of cosmetic products with high added value. It is firmly committed to innovation and increases its research and development budget each year.

It has a multidisciplinary technical workforce, principally made up of pharmacists, biologists and chemists, which is a key distinguishing factor in obtaining effective cosmetics while also ensuring the highest levels of quality, efficacy and safety.

Worthy of note amongst its achievements is its work on the development of a formulation with biomimetic active ingredients in partnership with the Institute of Cellular Pharmacology (ICP) in Malta and Texinfine Laboratories in Lyon, France.

COMPLEMENTARY ACTION PLAN FOR THE PROMOTION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL R & D & I FOR THE 2016 FINANCIAL YEAR

The R & D & I certification of the following projects carried out by DEREX, SA in 2016:

• Development of a new line of anti-aging cosmetics (file number: IMACPA / 2016/305)
• Development of novel intimate care products (file number: IMACPA / 2016/319)
• Development of a photoprotector mineral with an SPF50 +, in spray format (file number: IMACPA / 2016/322)
• Development of a sublime oil formulated on the basis of 100% natural products and protection against the oxidation of the assets (file number: IMACPA / 2016/250)
